From February 1, 2026, VAT invoices issued by TIME GROUP accounting office for clients with a NIP will be available exclusively in the National e-Invoice System (KSeF).
Receiving invoices in KSeF will be mandatory for all companies, regardless of revenue. This is part of the government’s digitization strategy implemented by the Ministry of Finance.
👉 To make this change easier for you, we will continue to provide a visualization of the VAT invoice (clear preview) to your email address or in the client portal.
What is KSeF?
KSeF (National e-Invoice System) is a nationwide system for issuing and receiving electronic invoices. It provides a uniform standard for invoices across the country and automates the exchange of documents between companies.
Thanks to KSeF:
- you have access to invoices issued in KSeF up to 10 years back,
- you do not have to store invoices yourself or print them,
- the risk of losing or destroying documents is reduced.
What will change in invoices from TIME GROUP?
Invoices from KSeF will look similar to the previous PDF invoices (only with a QR code and KSeF ID for verification).
From February 1, 2026, the invoice will be issued as a so-called structured invoice – a document in the form of a digital code (data structure), rather than a traditional PDF file.
📌 The original invoice will be available only in the KSeF system.
What do we offer our clients?
We know that clients have become accustomed to the previous format of invoices. For years, we have worked to ensure that they are simple and understandable.
Therefore, to make the transition to KSeF as comfortable as possible for you:
✅ we will continue to send a visualization of the invoice in the familiar form,
✅ this way you can easily compare data from KSeF with our preview,
✅ the method of payment remains unchanged.
There will also be no change to:
- the account number for payments,
- the payment due date of invoices,
- the rules of cooperation with our office.
What will the invoice visualization contain?
We will send the visualization to the email address provided for receiving invoices. It will include:
- IdKSeF – the invoice number in the KSeF system,
- QR code – which will allow quick access to the invoice in KSeF and verification of data (the link to the QR code on the KSeF page is currently not working).
