In connection with the upcoming launch of the mandatory National e-Invoice System (KSeF), we inform you about the current state of implementation and how our accounting office will support you in this process – with no additional fees for implementing KSeF.
Key dates and facts:
- The production version of KSeF 2.0 will be launched on February 1, 2026 – from that day on, it will be possible to authenticate and send invoices to the system.
- Before this date, it will not be possible to collect access tokens – their generation will only be available in February.
- In 2026, no fines will be imposed for technical errors or issues related to KSeF – confirmed by the President of the National Revenue Administration.
Our solutions – simple and free:
We offer two convenient integration options with KSeF, tailored to how you currently issue invoices:
- Full service in our panel You issue invoices directly in our system → we automatically send them to KSeF. Just add a token with permissions for sending and reading – the rest happens automatically.
- Continuation in your current program (e.g., Fakturownia, wFirma, etc.) You issue invoices in your program (as long as it supports sending to KSeF), and we retrieve them from KSeF for records and settlements – just a read-only token is needed.
